Anyone in N.C. (cigarettes)

Hey all,
I have researched this venture to the hilt seeing as i'm in NYC and its $7.50 a pack. Heres the scoop:
You can buy cigs online and have them shipped to you. If the state finds out (and yes they have pencil pushers who check) you will receive a bill in the mail to pay tax. So you got a 80/20 in my book with no chance of jail if you pay.
Most of the sites online are european made and take weeks for delivery and you have to buy 6 cartons at a time.
I myself want to affiliate this but most sites are affiliate from a main source in the uk. So the way around it is to drive to your local native american reservation and purchase them cheap. You are allowed to buy and transport a small personal amount across "the border". These are your normal marlboro and camel american produced not european crap. So i'm thinkin of how i can buy from my local native friends and sell via a site. Payment becomes a problem, i'm still workin on it but you can still ship usps safely. Family member lives in Kentucky where a carton is $25 bucks but that is risky business. Check alexa for those sites and you'll find they are in the usa in diff states. You could always set up a company in Dubai since they opened a great tax cut open door policy for creation of companies lately.
If you hear anything let me know i'm ready to jump, or anyone want to partner up. i have articles if anyone wants them.
Also support your local native americans rights to have duty free stuff like smokes and gas!

Personally, I have used the following:

Shiporders.com (with shipping $35/carton) from South Carolina.

oklahoma-outlet.com (with shipping $35/carton) from Buffalo, New York.

For domestic delivery, it's illegal to purchase using a credit card. So both require a valid checking account with a drivers license. Roughly 5 days from Online order to delivery.

I still occasionally buy a carton from Quiktrip, when I am running low.

I was really looking at is as a possible affiliate situation but I dont want to create any sites that might piss off the powers that be.

Yeah, you start steppin on toes there and someone will end up shuttin it down.

Ever since this thread started I started thinking more seriously about buying cigarettes online. I finally started buying them about 2-3 months ago. If anyone is interested I buy Newport (which is a premium brand) for a little over $33 shipped from
Code:
http://agoodcigarette.com
I can honestly say they are legit and ship. I noticed most of the cigarette sites have shady looking OSCommerce default templates, but I bit the bullet and those guys are legit. They have cheap brands (that cost much less) also, but I smoke what I smoke.

I read their legal page and from my understanding of it they don't report you, unless they are directly asked for information from a legal authority. Either way I'm one of those people that prefer to be taxed later than now. I'd be pissed if I got a tax bill for over $3 per pack I bought though (which is my savings).

When i was in the Philippines a few years ago Marlboro were 0.40 a pack. They might have been unfiltered though.

problem is getting them into the usa.

and someone would have to verify the price [I am not a smoker so i did check when i was just there]

I know tons of people that tell me cigarettes are $1 a pack in other countries, the problem of course is importing them. And if you do import them, what are the legal consequences?

Cigs in chicago are $8 a pack (newports) or $55 dollars a carton. And thats if I go a county over, its up to $70 a carton in some places.

That's why I posted the link. I'm hoping everyone in the whole world buys from them and they'll drop the prices for me. ;)

I paid 10 bucks for marlboro lights today in nyc, they just raised the tax.

I saw this. You can wholesale them from China
