anyone in here have experience selling o retail stores and chains?

wondering if anyone has experience approaching retail stores/chains/big box stores?

if so, were you successful?

how did you approach the buyer/sales manager or decision maker?

how is price of the item worked out? (example: did you wholesale it to them for $1 or $2? how was that decision made?)

I think it really depends on what you're trying to sell and it depends on what the store is. Selling to a convenience store chain vs. walmart are totally different.

Sometimes, they even have non-compete agreement, so they might not be able to sell your product. For example, if mcdonald's is already selling coke, they aren't allow to sell pepsi. So no matter how great your product is, it really depends on a lot of factors.

And dont bump your own thread and expect people to answer you within 30 mins, have some patience my friend.
