I’ve been spending the last few weeks experimenting with different Google Merchant Center (GMC) tools to improve product feed accuracy, fix disapprovals faster, and keep accounts running smoothly.

So far, I’ve tested a few solutions for:
  • Feed optimization
  • Auto-fixing common policy issues
  • Handling GTIN/Missing info
  • Improving product performance with cleaner data

Some tools have been helpful, some are just overpriced dashboards doing nothing special. I’m mainly looking for tools or methods that actually help with:

• Faster issue detection
• Better product data structuring
• Maintaining long-term account health
• Reducing random suspensions

What are you currently using that works for you?
What should be avoided?

Let’s share what’s reliable and what isn’t.

I’ve been dealing with similar GMC issues lately, and a few tools actually made a difference. DataFeedWatch/Channable have been the most reliable for feed optimization, especially for catching GTIN/MPN gaps and cleaning up titles. GMC’s built-in feed rules are underrated too — they fix a lot of simple issues quickly. I also set up a small Diagnostics API alert system, and it helped me catch price/availability problems way before a suspension happens. On the flip side, I’d avoid the expensive “dashboard-only” tools that just repaint the same data without solving anything. Overall, structured feed rules + fast alerts have worked best for me.

Forget about the idea that you can buy some tool and get rid of the "random" account suspension. Just make unique shops, warm them up on 500 - 1000 low risk products and then hit the gas pedal.

Do you got experience in getting whitehat dropshipping stores reinstated after misrep?

Depends on when you get your misrepresentation, the one you get after initially submitting your store is somewhat easy to "fix" by just requesting a review. But if your shop has already been running for a few months with adspend coming in and you then get suspended, good luck fixing that, you'll need it :D
