Great idea!! Affiliate marketing for making more money. Before start it you have to do more research about it. It will better if you have personal website. Then you will able to niche research. All product should be related to site theme. Such as for traveling site: here you have to include the traveling related products. Thus you have to start it. For more information PM me.
