Anyone here using regnow? or promoting software?

Ive been promoting software for quite some time now and after a lot of white hat hard work i have reached the number 2 ranking for my keyword.

A lot of people download the trials but they dont proceed with buying the software.. and I think regnow is doing something to mess this up..

I just want to clarify this with you guys..

I think they are forcing an extra service on the buyers and when they choose to remove it, my affiliate link is removed from the URL..

so im pretty sure a lot people are buying the softwares from my site but since they chose to remove the unnecessary service i dont get the commission

Here is a "buy now" link for one of my softwares: https://www.regnow.com/softsell/nph-softsell.cgi?item=8889-19&affiliate=19393

notice the affiliate ID included.. now if you click the above link, along with the software you will be forced to buy the "extended download service" as well..

now if you remove this service the page will reload and the affiliate id disappears from the URL??

is this ok?

No this is not ok, it looks like a very smart but very sly way of basically shaving commissions. I hate to say it but I think you should move to another product or contact your aff manager and ask them to stop being such sh**s!
