Anyone here scaling through resellers?

Been digging into reseller setups lately and trying to understand how people actually scale with them.
I’m seeing mixed approaches. Some go all-in on resellers, others keep control with their own traffic and just use resellers on the side.

Curious what’s been working for you. Are resellers something you really build around, or more of an extra channel?

Also wondering where people are finding decent ones these days.

Quick update on this:

Ran a small test over the past days on only one channel, a local platform, got 8 people who actually reached out from ~120 views in 2 days and still counting.

Nothing crazy, but enough to see there’s attention to the front (the easy part), and people reaching out to understand what’s behind it.

Now playing with a more structured backend, and I already feel a big difference compared to most setups which seem very short-term.

Still early, but curious how this lines up with what others are seeing.

Are you getting people to actually follow through on reseller stuff, or mostly just quick front-end reactions?

And are you testing volume on the front, or focusing more on the slower but stronger backend interest for long-term?

Resellers usually work best as an extra channel rather than the core, with most people scaling first through their own traffic and then adding resellers once the offer is already proven, since good ones are typically found through niche communities, affiliate networks, or direct outreach rather than anywhere centralized.

Your offer must already be popular. No reputable affiliate partner or reseller will take on an offer that hasn't been promoted.

I agree on the proven offer part.
Still, I've seen similar offers get very different results.
Makes me think what happens after the introduction matters more than the reseller itself.

Fair point, that's actually what I'm trying to figure out.
Build the offer first, or build the reseller side alongside it.
My gut says the offer has to prove itself first.

from what I've seen, resellers tend to work best as a growth channel rather than the foundation of the business.

most successful operators prove the economics through their own acquisition first and then bring in partners once the process is already predictable.

the reseller relationship itself is important, but the quality of the backend and customer journey usually determines whether the partnership becomes scalable.

bro, resellers are basically like interns working for commission. you don't pay them unless they sell, but most of them will do absolutely nothing and just waste your time.
never rely on them entirely because they will ghost you the moment a competitor offers a slightly better cut. keep your own traffic as the main engine. as for finding them, just look at bhw or niche telegram groups, but be prepared to filter through a lot of clowns
