I want to find businesses, email them asking if they want SEO services then paying for a service and making money from the difference. Anyone do this stuff?
If so, which services do you buy? And whats the email like that you send them?

Just look through the services forum - there are plenty of providers here, half of whom are willing to wholesale.

No-one is going to give you e-mail templates though. This is something you need to come up with on your own as no-one will spoonfeed you here.
