I have an AI research related newsletter on Substack.
I put 8k into twitter ads in first 5 months and then stopped. It made a little over 20k thus far. 90% automated and has been running for over a year now. Not much organic growth since, but churn is pretty low either.
Would love to hear some ideas on how to drive some traffic (organic/not PPC) towards it.

Spend 5ks over 5 months period and at the end making 20k is a great ROI, thi smenas; every month you had spend 1k on ads and got back in return; 4k = 4x times profit from ads. Do the ads traffic gone to your substack site or affiliate links (cold sales) ?

Yes I know.....but make it more specific; how I get 2000 substack subscribers within 3 months without spend ads and get 30-50% (that would be 600-1000) paid members from these 2k subs? Ialways have deep thinking answers, would I have money to spend on "ppc advertising agencies" I would ask them how they do this to reach that goal. Show me a pro bono plan how you will reach that goal for me.......then I would hire them.
