Yeah this is happening to others too not just you
Some people are reporting collab feature disappearing or not working properly so it can be a temporary bug or rollout change rather than something you did
If it does not come back usually it is either permission changes page role issues or Meta silently limiting the feature on certain pages so check roles and just wait a bit since many cases fix themselves

Losing collaborator privileges on Facebook Fanpages is an extremely common error in early 2026, especially after major updates to the Meta Business Suite. If your collaborators are managing high risk advertising accounts (such as those violating policies or owing advertising fees) Facebook may automatically temporarily suspend their administrative privileges to protect the page.

Yeah, I’ve seen this happen before.
Sometimes it’s just a UI glitch, but in other cases the person was actually removed (either manually or due to account restrictions).
I’d check:
- Page roles / access settings
- Business Manager permissions
- Account status of that collaborator
