Anyone here knows a good guide for Bing Ads?

I'm looking for a good guide regarding the use of Bing Ads but I just find the basic stuff. I searched on Google and YouTube and found the same noob guidance. I want to know secrets or tips on how to lower the CPC and overall performance specifically for Bing Ads not AdWords. Thanks in advance.
