Just curious as to what certifications employers are looking for nowadays for career advancement. I have the bare bones basics Comptia A+, NET+, and Security+

What would be next? Is MSCE still big? I have been out of the loop a bit for the past year or two

Look into Microsoft Certs, yea. Azure would be a good one.

the ones you have are powerful and will get you an interview to most IT positions.
azure az-900 may be next as it's sought after by employers
after that really depends on what you want to specialize in.

Looking for it too.

I have no degree.

I'm wondering if it makes sense to work in IT without degree in my country of Poland.

It's too hard career to ask questions about it. You need to be very self-sufficient to survive in it.

All these questions can be answered by reaearch which is one of engineer's skills.

I give you a rod instead of a fish.

After sparingly doing 5 years of wordpress, frameworks and web development, I'm gonna learn computer science.

For only 1 year I've been doing automation. And it's the best thing I had occasion to do. Unfortunately not enough resources to continue now.

Automation literally makes you the most cautious tester on the planet. You find so many scenarios you'd be shocked. You predict the unpredictable.

This is the real shit! Hope I'll be able to get some degree whether in terms of success or university.

Connect web dev, crypto, resources and automation. You're gonna be golden.

I don't know what are testing and automation certificates but I'd be happy to hear.

I'm happy to share that I recently passed my CompTIA certification exam, thanks to the helpful study materials from Pass4SureClub. I’d definitely use them again, and I recommend you try them too—their materials are really good.
