I've had several bugs on my site and I've opened 2 support tickets with them since last week yet haven't heard a single response back. Anyone here have experience with them? If I knew their support was this bad, I wouldn't have bought a theme. I really hope there's a better way of contacting them cause it's really unprofessional to take that long
