Today is 5th day after 16th-31th payment period. I still have not received payment yet.

Payment periods are from the (1st-15th) and (16th-31st) of each month. Payments are sent out within 7 business days of the pay period ending. If you did not reach the minimum payment yet, your earnings will roll over until the minimum is reached. Yesterday was a holiday in the US but Payouts will still be sent within the normal window of time.
