Haven't been to Colorado since they legalized the herb but every time I have gone in the past Its been some of my funnest riding (Snowmobile and Snowboard) of my life. And that's saying a lot living in SLC Utah(Best Snow on Earth).
Regardless of where you decide to visit tho bro enjoy the US and have an awesome trip!

Lived there for a few years. Skiing will be some of the best in the world, if that's your thing. And the herb will be some of the best in the world, if that's your thing.

Pretty sure the legal recreational use of marijuana for non-residents currently varies by county. I could be wrong. The laws are in a constant state of flux. But trust me, it won't be hard to come by. If, by chance, you're in an area that doesn't condone the sale of weed to you - a tourist - don't be afraid to ask.
Stay away from the conservative parts of the state (Colorado Springs is the big one). And don't go into neighboring states. You'll be pulled over and searched (and promptly arrested for even the suspicion of having weed in your system) before you can blink. Had a buddy whom I saw (from a different car) cross the border to Utah and get pulled over on suspicion of illegal activity (having weed) on the grounds that he had a Grateful Dead sticker on his bumper. Arrested, posted around a $5k bail a few hours later.

Like I said, the snow activity is great. People at ski resorts are almost always friendly (more so than in most places), the snow is top-notch, the mountains are beautiful, and the women are fit.

Enjoy your stay and keep it to yourself - we don't need too many more tourists ;)
