Honestly, I stopped using fresh IG accounts for that exact reason. I’ve had better results with aged ones less friction, no immediate bans. Picked up a couple from Fametron and they’ve been holding up well so far. Seems like age and activity history really help with trust scores.
 
I think that you have the patience to work slowly, you can work with fresh accounts with no problems.
- Use email with famous domain (gmail, yahoo, etc.) and not personal domains;
- Be sure you have a phone number you can use for verification: even if IG blocks you in the first days, if you appeal and provide phone number, they will automatically reactivate. It just happened to me with an AI model account
- DON'T share links for a looong time, not even in bio or stories. Keep it clean: you can share links in DM if u want
- Keep interaction low and slow: about 10/15 liked and 2/3 follows per day

Just work like this and after some months you are free to go

for one month dont do many actions . dont do many follow and likes. and try to use those account in real device with mobile data.
 
Keep it simple, avoid following/unfollowing too quickly, dont spam comments or likes constantly, and post quality content with real interactions from friends. Also, connect your IG account to Facebook to increase credibility

If you’re getting shadowbanned right off the bat, it’s usually because of environment or behavior ,not just the account itself.
Fresh IGs are super sensitive now.
What helps the most is slowing everything down: space your actions, post real content, and avoid spammy follow/unfollow patterns.
Use a clean mobile IP if you can, ideally not from a datacenter, and pair that with a proper fingerprint browser.
No automation for the first couple of weeks ,let the account breathe and act like a human.
Most bans come from rushing it.

Avoiding shadowbans on new IG accounts is tough, as their filters are super strict. The most reliable way is extreme human-like behavior: very slow growth, genuine engagement , and minimal, spaced-out posting initially. It's all about patience and mimicking real user patterns
 
Do not use the same hashtags and captions under all of your posts.
