Just wondering if anyone is still actively blogging in the pharma or men’s health niche?

I recently started a micro-niche blog targeting keywords around ED solutions. Got some early traffic from long-tail searches. Testing with some product pages like this one: https://medithrivehub.com/product/cenforce-50mg/

Not pushing affiliate hard yet — just trying to see what sticks with Google.

Would love to hear if others are still working in this space. Still profitable?

I am what's up? you wanna go all in with pharma, you cant stick with one product, dont work like that anymore. So sign up for an affiliate network and create affiliate content for as many pharma product as possible from that network.
One two product works only if you buy traffic.
 
Had some experience with black hat keywords in the “pharma” niche. Mostly gym related stuff, not steroids per se but more pro hormones and had good success
 
Yeah, a couple of my friends are still killing it in the pharma niche. Just make sure your site looks clean, has disclaimers, and links to credible sources. Mix in info content with product pages. And yeah, soft-pushing affiliate links early is smart—Google sniffs out aggressive monetization fast in this niche.
 
Yes, I'm currently experimenting in the pharma niche too, especially men's health. It's still profitable if you focus on helpful content, stay compliant, and keep things low key with affiliate links early on.
 
did you try to create one page website for one specific product? from my experience, it could work amazing
 
If you have strong experience in the pharma niche, you’re in a popular field. But you need authority so people trust you. Build your personal brand, join relevant communities, and grow your followers.

Which affiliate networks have you used on pharma niche?
 
I was working with such sites in past but they were killed in Google updates. Now all related keywords are taken by big sites. Individual bloggers have almost no chance in this niche .
