anyone help with "roadblock" asap

Sometimes the roadblocked account offers to you to send an sms... but im not sure if its happens on non-pvas also and can you pick a fresh sim or not. on pvas you can solve this with reverifing it with the number the account been made with.
 
If you added friends and received to many 'Cannot be sent' error messages, then your accounts encountered roadblock. That's what i did today.

Other problem could be, ofcourse, the ip's you've been logging in.
I'm supposing you know this allready.

im at the stage where i have the picture select and brought the pva with not knowing the number used so is there a trick if so pm me
