Hello all,
I have a question about a domain I want to use for a pbn... My question is does this (picture below)

blacked out is domain exact match anchor text metrics

matter when it comes to my pbn usefullness.... Just so u see why i want to use this here:

directly from majestic metrics...if need more info to judge please let me know i will find it.
Also forgot to mention my site wanted to 301 to is not this type advice please.

And most importantly thank you all for your time, effort and consideration in this matter.

Are you wanting to use this to a porn / adult site?
 
NO...that is why i was asking if it makes any usefullness for my pbn to seo site
 
The TF/CF ratio seems VERY bad tbh..
 
Yea, TF/CF may be a bad metric, but TF alone is a very good indicator for whether that site is trusted or not. A site with a very high TF would either mean that it has links from very high authority sites, or visitors visiting the site trust the site, etc, and a site with high TF often has a little more authority than the rest. Couple TF with Moz+Ahrefs metrics, that should be a good indicator.
