It was his over aggression that cause the problem. Once he had them subdued then he was suppose to walk away. But because he continue thats where is the issue is. You are allowed to defended yourself only within a specific level of aggression. I agree they deserve it, but he should have stopped and walked away after they were on the floor

Not really guys, I assume they were trying to get back up and he prob thought he was still defending himself, once that adrenaline kicks in, you do what you have to, to protect yourself.

I think zero charges should be filed, he did what he had to, if he would have just walked away, they prob would have got up and reattacked him again, remember, they were still bad mouthing him on the ground and did jump over the counter.

Zero charges were filed... against him. This thing is old as hell. The two girls got arrested, charged, and convicted.

It's a shame the guy lost his job over this as he was just trying to get his life back together after recently being released from jail.
 
I am happy he didn't get charged with anything. Those bitches had it coming as soon as they jumped the counter.

At my family business I keep a metal Louisville Slugger just in case some people want to do some funny business like hopping the counter.
