Anyone having video upload problems?

So I'm trying to upload some videos I copied for my page. I used a repost app to download the videos into my phone album, but when I try to upload the videos, IG uploads the video and them immediately deletes it. I've tried several times with a couple videos and the same result happens. WIth pictures it doesn't happen, however.

Is this happening to other people?
