Anyone having their reviews removed?

I have an eCommerce client that had over 500 reviews on Facebook and a 4.2 rating. All of the sudden, two weeks ago FB decided to remove over 100 (legitimate) reviews, dropping our rating by 3 decimal points. Today they brought back some reviews and our rating increased 1 decimal point.

Anyone experiencing the same?

No, never. All the review were legitimate
