Anyone having luck with short form submits?

I'm currently using exclusively email submits but with the amount of scrubbing/shaving that's going on I'm beginning to wonder if I might be better off doing short form offers. If you're currently using this type of offer I'd love to hear about it.

Unless someone says it's a terrible idea I'm probably going to give it a try either way, I was just curious.

I've found that those convert pretty well. As long as you're getting targeted traffic...

It's an offer with a short form. When the form is filled, commission is generated.

Generally does not require a credit card.
