Anyone having issues with telegram

I have a crypto updates channel which for some reason is not available in search anymore and no there is no adult content also channel is not getting any views from the panels either.. I have tried now from 3 different panels and not a single increase in the views ? is there an issue going on with the telegram panels ?

I think this is the first one and I couldn't find the telegram sub forum hence I made another post
