Anyone having issues with freelancer?

I pay someone who works for me through there exclusively, and usually have no problems depositiing money and sending the payment, but now it wont allow me to authorize the paypal deposits and keeps giving me an error, even though there is enough money on the card its trying to pay with on paypal.

Anyone else experiencing the same thing, or know why its happening?
