Anyone have trouble with scrapebox backlink checker?

Actually yes, if I try a list size of 2000 and download backlinks (not all 2000 are valid) at the very end it ends up hanging...."Downloading...."
I think this is due to the use of public proxies but I am not sure; as the computer I am running scrape box on is blazing fast.
Need a feature for this add on which will allow you to save the existing list of processed urls.

yahoo keeps giving me 504 errors
and bing keeps giving me 500 error when im harvesting... ugh

I just tried to run a Backlinks Checker from a site showing over 3K backlinks in Market Samurai.
When I run BC in Scrapebox I get 0 backlinks.
I then tried to click on the arrow back in Market Samurai which takes you to Yahoo's site explorer to receive this message:
"Site Explorer is currently undergoing periodic maintenance.
Please return at a later time."
I assume this is why the results are 0 in Scrapebox's Backlink Checker.
