Anyone have this Scrapebox Problem ?!

Hey guys,

Today I cannot activate my scrapebox. It's not like I have just bought it, I have it more than an year. I haven't reinstall my windows or anything. In fact it was working today, at the morning, but after that some bugs appeared - couldn't test my private proxies to see if they were working, couldn't check for links and stuff like that.

Now when I start it it says that "Unable to access any scrapebox server at the moment. Please, try again in a moment." And that's from more then 4-5 hours now.

Anyone having same issues ???

so i guess the problem is with my license then. I've submitted ticket already. hope they solved it fast, i remember last time i wrote i didnt even get reply which was kinda rude and unprofessional but hope won't happen again.
 
SB working fine, please check internet connection or proxies.

I did have this problem few days ago and for 3-4 days at least. I checked the connection to the server and the connection to the server was slow. Couple of times it could not connect to the server at all. Because of this error, I leave my SB on and never close it.
 
Yeah, pretty much what I do now! Last 7-8 hours are the same .. i test the connection couple times when I was still able to pass the activation ... now I can't even do that. Did you write a ticket or it fixed by itself ?

The activation server was offline for a spell yesteraday, but its been back up since.

If you go to help >> test server connection are the lights green or yellow or red?

You can try forcing it to authenticate from the backup server

Go into your scrapebox folder >> configuration >> scrapebox.ini

and look for

ServerReverse=0

chage it to

ServerReverse=1

and save and then launch sbox.

If it still doesn't work make sure your firewall etc... is not blocking scrapebox, especially if you have yellow or red lights in the server test.

I have been on hosts that arbitrarily block the primary server for no good reason. I switch to the secondary server and a few days later check and the primary server is unblocked again. Its stupid, but who knows what happens, this happened especially when I was with XSserver.eu which is especially stupid as they know about scrapebox. But I cancelled them and I have not had the issue with any of my current hosts ever. (Gigenet.com and Scrapebox Severs - http://scrapeboxfaq.com/vps.php)

But support should be able to tell you if its a license issue or something on your end.

UPDATE : SBOX Is working now! It was the server issues. I got email from the support, everything is ok. I would like to thank all of you guys for the help! I really appreciate it!
 
Its working fine here...sometime i faced the problem like what you facing now ;)..so i will restart my PC after that scrapebox works fine..try it out

I had the same problem last week even when I tested the connection I had only green lighst. I used scrapebox on that VPS for the last 6 months. I sent an email to scrapebox support and I had to reinstall the VPS. Now everything it's fine :)
