Anyone have success appealing an Amazon Associates closure?

One of my AA accounts attached to what I thought was a fully compliant website got closed tonight.

You are not in compliance with the EU Associates Programme Linking Requirements because your site makes inaccurate, overbroad, deceptive or otherwise misleading claims about Products, the Amazon Site, or our policies, promotions or prices.

Out of curiosity, has anyone here has had any luck reopening or appealing account closures like this or is it a fools errand? Ideally I would like to fix whatever problems they have with the site and keep going.
