Anyone have luck using flyers?

Pay some students to distribute colored flyers into classes at their College or Universities, where most students have there own laptops. Advertise a CPA url for a cash or e.g. iPad prize. There is a good chance that the students will type the url into their computer between class sessions. The QR code is a good idea too.
They can also hand out flyers on Campuses where there is a high volume of student traffic.

I dont think flyers will work with "Free Ipad" offers. they all just look so scammy
