Anyone have idea how to use GMAIL for SEO TOOLS?

I want use GMAIL for tools like GSA RANKER OR XRUMER but i cant anyone have idea how to use?

Gmail usage for such tools has been dead for years. They rely on either POP or IMAP for mail access, and Gmail has made access via those protocols pretty damn problematic for anything but a fully fledged mail client.

you can still use gmail but have to enable pop when youre logged into your account. and for password you need to use the app password. but still gmails will just randomly die, might be proxy use or frequency of checking, or just botlike behaviour that sets it off
