Anyone have experience with TrafficVance Textlinks?

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with textlinks in TrafficVance.

I started a bunch of different campaigns, but I am not getting impresssions or clicks. Bidding pretty high too, but I don't want to bid like over a dollar per click :/
