Does anyone have or have used them in the past?

Looking for a good VPS host and also looking to switch from host gator

I have been using a Level 4 cloud from them for about a year now with no issues. The owner, Peter, is a member of BHW and is very responsive if I ever need anything.

yes, Peter is on this forum and also there are a lot of reviews on BHW
