Hey all, I have been a user of the Grailed platform for many years now. I have sold over 70+ items but across three different accounts. Typically what happens is that someone will chargeback (for no reason, other than Grailed always siding with the buyer >_>) and that chargeback renders my account useless.
My most recent venture into Grailed was in 2019. However, with Paypal's new policies, it seems that it has just become must more difficult for me to do this. In the past, I could open up a Paypal account, connect a prepaid card, and be on my way. However, this most recent account I had sold an item and I couldn't directly spend from my balance. I had to link a bank account to access the funds, and it was a whole fiasco.
If I were to go back on the platform, what would you guys recommend I find (in terms of a service or account on the marketplace) that will help me solve these issues with selling on Grailed in 2019.
Some information about Grailed:
1.) Upgrades personal account to business account
2.) I need a way to access the funds, preferably with as little investment as possible. For example, will an account verified with VBA and SSN allow me to spend the funds from Paypal balance directly? Or am I going to have to find a withdrawable VBA service.
3.) Grailed has been very hit or miss recently. For example my current account has been rendered useless because I do have a withdrawble VBA connected but the account just does not let me list anymore, likely because Grailed has an oversensitive fraud filter.
