I use Sendy tool (AWS) to send the mails. It cost-effective and give more results.

I use sendgrid and don't have any problems.

Check your subject title and email content, run it through free online spam checkers.

I am using this tool for the past 6 months. I have good open rates and responses. usually, I will send 500 emails per week. If you think it will not work out try
"Constant Contact: Email Marketing Software" one of good email marketing tool, I have used.
