Anyone have email lists in MMO niche?

hey I looking to JV with some people with a list in the MMO niche. I want to try and build a list myself and would love if someone could send an email blast out to their list for me, I would give them a free keyword research video to opt-in if you would like to do this. I don't really know anything I can offer you to do this so not sure if anyone would even do this other than building a good relationship with your list. Also I will be launching a product soon in MMO so I would need JVS to promote my product for 75%.
