Anyone have Brochure Templates - Microsoft Word?

I need to make some flyers/pamphlets/brochures to hand out to some clients.. I've been looking around and can't really find anything nice that's easy to edit... I'd rather stick with MS word and not photoshop or something like that.

Do you know how to use MS Publisher? There are a lot of easy to edit templates there that you could customize for your clients.
