Anyone have any experince with blueangelhost Vps servers?

Im looking at moving vps providers, Iv been searching and have a few options im looking at for my small email campaigns.I dont need a dedi or anything big, just a provider that will ignore nazi spamhaus. One is Ecatel, RMX hosting and now I just found blueangelhost.

Things are not looking so good right now. I am trying to get a refund but it seems like they are trying to deny it. If no reply to regarding my refund i will have no choice but to file a claim. They seem like good people but no reply for days and no mention of refunding my money
