Anyone have a Iphone Devoloper Account? Need to learn how to make an App!

I need to learn how to make a usable App For iphone,Ipad Etc ASAP! Any free resources or People who CAN do it? Thanks!

I activated an account at the iPhone developer program but never uploaded any app... I started learning ObjectiveC but when I then read that the procedure to get your apps approved is too complicated I gave up.
