Anyone have a Facebook Status Update Tool?

Basically im after a tool that can update my status at set periods during the day. The status update will include a link to another site etc etc.

If you can't find a program, make an autoblog, feed the RSS to your facebook notes. You "friends" will se your notes when ever they updates. Usually within an hour of the blog update.

You can also just use the twitter interface and update your status that way.
