Use HTTrack to rip the page and use the template from that.

Or ask in the download section.

Or post in the WTB section and get someone to design you one cheap

This. I'd go with the last option probably and create a thread in the Hire a Freelancer section of the forum. We have some great designers in here

You can buy the BlackHatCode breaker instead of asking some freelancer to create it again.

Or go for WPGuardian.
