Anyone has Hide & change IP address software program?

I just knew there was this method to hide the IP adress and I doubt there are more stuffs like this kind of thing so I am wondering, whether there's actually free of those downloads we can use of?

If your just trying to hide your ip can use tor. If you want to change your IP and are on a static connection you can use smac to change your mac address which forces the modem to give you a new address. here is a link.(not my link scan before using)

Also, if your into hacking, if you ever get onto a box you can run a socks5 script like Satanic Socks Server (in perl), then either use it directly from your browser or from a program like Proxifier. What is so great about running this off websites is that websites are accustomed to high traffic and have high bandwith so the socks are super fast, unlike Tor/Jap/normal proxies, and since theyre on a webhost they usually stay up longer since webhosts have long uptimes. you can also find socks5 in google probably, but theyre gonna be much shittier and slower than ones you set up.

problem with putting proxies on vulnerable webhosts... is that you're probably not the only one hacking it... lol. i haven't heard of jap until now, it doesn't look as nice as tor... you use it?

I tried the trial version of hide-my-ip tool and each time I change the ip address, my wireless internet get disconnected. So, I have to restart my computer each time I change the ip. That's a pain in a**
Aynbody has similar problem?
 
Just get a VPN great rotate as much as you want from any country
