Anyone worked with Superpowers for Twitter? Where can I find a tutorial/guide on how to work with it, without being banned by Twitter?

Can you share your settings, in order to avoid shadowbans or account lock?
 
Can someone advise me for how many maximum follows/unfollows can I make per day, without being shadowbanned or suspended? What interval should I set between two follows/unfollows to be considered safe?

Twitter has no specific guidelines for how many users can be unfollowed per day

Yup, that's exactly why I asked. There is a general agreement on what number is safe enough per day?

Not officially, but internally they might have.

Unfollow no more than 100 people per day and space out, you could unfollow 25 people every hour.
