Anyone has experience from selling from your own inventory?

I'm not a big fan of dropshipping, because of the long delivery times and stuff like that. I was thinking does anyone have experience anout selling from your own inventory?

It's very niche, and I would sell only one product (maybe put few on the website, but mark them as "sold out") - I did all the calculations and I would make 15€/profit from one sale.

Traffic would come from FB ads and SEO.

I would start low - maybe order 100 - 200 units of this product and see if it works out. If it doesn't I can still sell them somewhere else.

If the items are small, 100 or 200 units could be stored in your house somewhere so you won't need to pay for having a little warehouse for them.
