Ive heard from alot of people that ivt-co is a scam. No ones tried me yet. haha who wants to take the risk on me? I can make adword accounts with $100 vouchers on them. If you want, ill manage them too. I almost always exhaust the entire $100 fund. I can send them all to the same domain if theres more than one account.
 
Never buy activated AdWords accounts.
If you can't create them yourself because they are banned instantly then that one you will buy will also get banned as instantly.

Hes basically right. If you dont know what youre doing, dont buy adword accounts, have someone teach you the right way, or run them for you, right toptop?

Alright. my skype is dblackw6. I can sell adwords accounts but I also have some information you should read before you buy from anybody.
 
I am interested in buying an activated account since I can't activate any, I always get them suspended due to billing information (can't understand why, CC is real and I have money in my bank account). Some information I am from Portugal, and would like to be able to perform payments to the account without being banned either with my CC or with a VCC, if you are selling one that can have these requirements please send me PM with your offer details and prices.
