I don't fully understand, and presume its something like when I accept the app it asks to invite all friends, then spams CPA offers and like buttons...or there's more to it? Couldn't find anything.

This apps doesn't last for too many days. Finally they get their hosted ip banned by fb. Never believe anyone until you give yourself a try!
