I’ve come across SEONEO too it does look like a legit service. The pricing is on the higher side compared to basic link packages, but if you compare it with building authority stacks manually (time, tools, outreach), it’s definitely cheaper. Like with any SEO service though, I’d suggest testing it on a smaller project first and checking link quality, indexing, and long-term impact before scaling up.

The key thing to know is that this service builds "authority stacks" (networks of cloud and Web 2.0 properties). This is a grey-hat technique.
While it can be very powerful, the main risk is footprint detection. If Google identifies the network pattern, they can devalue the entire stack instantly, and your investment is gone.
My take: It's a solid strategy for a high-risk, short-term project where you need fast authority. However, I would be very cautious about building a valuable, long-term brand on a foundation that could disappear after a single Google update.
