Stop thinking like a small time player. If that guy said that- You should have said " I'll see you in court along with your Affiliate Network. You may want to go job hunting too because the amount of money I'm going to legally damage your network with, they will regret ever giving you job. You can end this with a measly $4,000 bucks which is chump change compared to what I make with many other networks or you can cough up to $40,000 along with being sued from your network itself for legal fees and possibly losing your job.
