US, will take 45 days to get payment and 3 days after they are issuing the payment.

My country is not listed to get payed through banks (direct deposit),
Is there any way to get payed by transfer wire?
Do I have to to make a specific amount of money per week or month?
I hate to wait for a check a month and receive money after an other month too...
Any suggestions guys?
