Anyone got banned this week?

Got 5 accounts banned (NSFW) out of 86. How many accounts do we need to make decent money?

Another 50 destroyed the other day after I had spent the whole week slugging through those fucking multi part image captchas and all the rest of the bullshit to make the accounts. Had them maybe 3 days and all knocked in one fell swoop.

Were they NSFW again? Did you post a lot?

Yes all adult. I wasnt posting alot well around every 80 mins and it was random since I didn't have it on a timer.

40 acc (NSFW) banned today out of 102 acc. The day before they banned 88 accounts, so within 3 days out of 190 accounts, 60 remained so far. I pretty much go to the limits, following 170, liking 800-900, posting 100 a day (50 with link, 50 without link). What are YOUR settings?

Normally I'd say your problem is that you are posting and liking at the limits. But ... many others have gotten bunches of accounts banned for far less.

Made new ones - will reduce like and follow to half

WHY THE PHUCK WOULD THEY BAN ACTIVE USERS ON THEIR PLATFORM? the only thing would be left would be inactive ones. makes ZERO sense.

why even institute limits if they dont represent anything?

They ban active users they think are using bots or engaged in affiliate marketing. Even though that can be good for Tumblr they ban it all anyway.

yea i understand egregious use but it appears people not doing that have been banned as well. though i wouldnt say affiliate is that bad unless its totally spammed

I agree. But people seem to have a knee-jerk reaction to others making money. They hate it so bad, even if the activity is good for the social media site itself and it adds value. Doesn't ,matter ... ban them!!!

I can not imagine that tumblr reviewers are that stupid to sit and randomly manually review blogs to terminate them. There must be a bot that does this work and a bot has to be configured, so they must have been a pattern to which the bot terminates. Only which pattern?

I thought that too until I saw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7ibuUXQYx8 they made. It was so depressing how sophisticated their algorithm is. It is some kind of learning algorithm or some shit and on top of that a full time team of manual anti spam reviewers. So they are covering all their bases.

I can only imagine that other social media sites have similar resources.

That's also why Tumblr is broke.....it won't last long IMO.

Very interesting video - a bit scary - the question is how to improve our efforts in being not detected by their algos. So for sure we must add a lot of randomness.

I've gotten 2 out of 20-something accounts banned.. no bots (though I use FPTraffic + IFTTT to automate them.) I recently started scheduling some of my accounts to post 24 times a day (once an hour) instead of 6 times a day and a few of the 24/day accounts got banned. My 6/day accounts have all been fine (knock on wood.)

No bots, no VPNs, all on the same IP.

Looks like I'll switch them all back to 6/day from now on.

Does anyone have a solution how to automate those tumblr captchas? because getting banned all the time it sucks having to fill those fuckers out and they have made them multi try by default to add yet another roadblock in our path.

Today 180 out of 320 accounts banned - running half limits. (NSFW)

The worst is when you've spent days setting up a website to monetize your Tumblr but right before you're ready to promote that website there, they delete your Tumblr.
