Anyone got any success with Aliplugins?

Hi I recently bought this plugin and made 2 websites. Maybe my niche choice was so crappy that I am not making anything. In one of the site there are zero redirects. I haven't done any SEO or anything just made those websites.

Can someone please give me some ideas about what type of SEO should I do for this kind of Webstore type sites?
