Sorry from your OP you just made it sound like you are a professional complainer. I see from your follow up of what has actually happened, that you have been pissed around.

Well one of them refunded me after kind of being a little dickish about it. But I got my money back from him. Of course once I messaged him on Skype with the word "Shitlist" he finally replied within seconds.

Thank you Micky, it's no problem. This is my very first time actually buying a piece of software too. So not that great of an experience :/
 
I have decided to keep the first software because that's the one I've been doing my research on, and people say it's great for YT vids in general. So I will be keeping the first software. I will just have to be purchasing the accounts from a BHW provider. Thank you all for listening to my rant :)
 
the annoying this is for a merchant...anyone that uses c.c. /paypal FOR PAYMENT CAN EASILY CHARGE BACK FOR ANY EXCUSE. You may as well offer for free and ask for a payment afterwards it's got that bad.
